3. Havalimanının ihalesine ilgi büyük
İstanbul'a 3. havalimanının 3 Mayıs'ta yapılacak ihalesi için şu ana dek 16 firma 100 bin TL ödeyip şartname aldı.
İstanbul'a yapılacak yeni havalimanı için geriye sayım başladı.
Şimdiye dek 3. havalimanının yapımına talip 16 şirket 100 bin lira ödeyerek şartname aldı.
Böylece dünyanın en büyük havalimanı ihalesi devlete şimdiden 1 milyon 600 bin lira kazandırmış oldu.
DHMİ Genel Müdürü Orhan Birdal, İstanbul'a inşa edilecek yeni havalimanı ihalesine ilginin beklenenden daha yüksek olduğunu kaydetti.
Birdal ayrıca İstanbul'a yapılacak yeni havalimanı ihalesinin 3 Mayıs 2013 tarihinde saat 10.00 itibariyle isteklilerin ve basının huzurunda gerçekleştirileceğini anımsatarak, havalimanı tam kapasiteye ulaştığında yolcu kapasitesi bakımından dünyanın en büyük havalimanı olacağını ifade etti.
Yeni İstanbul Havalimanı'nın kamu ve özel sektör marifetiyle yapılacağını anlatan Birdal, işletme süresinin 25 yıl olarak sabitlendiğini, işletme süresinin yapım işlerinin tamamlanması ve havalimanının işletmeye alınmasıyla birlikte başlayacağını bildirdi.
Şartnameyi alanları, işin stratejisi gereği ihale gününe kadar kamuoyuyla paylaşmayı düşünmediklerini belirten Birdal, ''Yeni Havalimanı ihalesine ilgi, beklediğimizden çok daha fazla. Yerli ve yabancı pek çok firma ilgileniyor. Birçok firma şartname aldı. Ama inceleyen firma sayısı, şartname alanlardan daha fazla. Bu ilginin ihaleye de yansımasını bekliyoruz'' dedi.
120 bin kişiye istihdam
İstanbul yeni havalimanının ilk etabını, ihalenin karara bağlanmasından ve yer teslimi yapılmasından itibaren 42 ay içinde tamamlamayı hedeflediklerini dile getiren Birdal, havalimanının hizmete girmesiyle yıllık ortalama 120 bin kişiye istihdam imkânı sağlanacağını kaydetti.
Projenin 4 aşamada gerçekleşeceğini ifade eden Birdal, şu bilgileri verdi:
"Tüm etaplar tamamlandığında yaklaşık 1,5 milyon metrekarelik kapalı alanı, yıllık 150 milyon yolcu kapasitesi, 165 yolcu köprüsü, terminaller arasındaki ulaşımın raylı sistemle yapıldığı 4 ayrı terminal binası, 3 teknik blok ve hava trafik kontrol kulesi, her türlü uçak tipinin operasyonuna uygun müstakil 6 pist, 16 taksi yolu, 500 uçak park kapasiteli toplam 6,5 milyon metrekare büyüklüğünde apron, şeref salonu, kargo ve genel havacılık terminali, devlet konuk evi, yaklaşık 70 bin araç kapasiteli açık ve kapalı otopark, havacılık tıp merkezi, oteller, itfaiye ve garaj merkezi, ibadethaneler, kongre merkezi, güç santralleri, arıtma ve çöp bertaraf tesisleri gibi yardımcı tesislerden oluşacak. Tamamlandığında yolcu kapasitesi bakımından bugün için dünyanın en büyük havalimanı olacak."

Great Interest to the Tender for 3rd Airport
16 companies paid 100 thousand TL and purchased specification for the tender which will be lodged in May 3, for 3rd airport of Istanbul.
The countdown began for the new airport which will be built to Istanbul.
Until now 16 companies which are seeking for building the 3rd airport purchased specification by paying 100 thousand TL.
State Airports Authority (DHMI) General Manager Orhan Birdal stated that interest in the tender for new airport to be built in Istanbul is much more than expected.
Besides Birdal recalled that the airport tender will be held as from May 3, 2013 at 10.00 am in front of the press in restricted tender procedure. And he added that when the airport will run in full capacity it will be the world's largest airport in terms of passenger capacity. Birdal expressed that the new Istanbul Airport will be constructed by means of public and private sector and added that it's cycling life has been fixed to 25 years, and this process will start when the airport comes into operation with the completion of construction works.
By the nature of business strategy Birdal expressed that they don't think to release the recipients of specification to the public until auction date. He continued: "Interest in the tender for new airport is much more than we expected. Domestic and foreign many firms are interested in. Many companies took the specification. But the number of firms went into the matter is more than purchasers of specification. We are expecting that this will reflect on to the auction."
Employment for 120 thousand people
Birdal stated that they are planning to complete the first stage of Istanbul's new airport within 42 months from the conclusion of tender and site delivery. He remarked that with the new airport, there will be a business opportunity for an annual average of 120 thousand people.
The project will be carried out in four stages said Birdal and gave the following informations:
"When the all stages are completed, the airport which is going to have a capacity of 150 million passengers per year, will include utilities such as approximately 1.5 million square meters indoor area, 165 loading bridges, 4 separate terminal buildings in which there is rail system between them, 3 technical complex and airport traffic tower, 6 detached airfield suitable for all type of aircraft, 16 taxiways, apron with a 500 aircraft park capacity over a total of 6.5 million square meters in size, VIP lounge, cargo and common aviation terminal, state guest home, parking lots and garages with a capacity of 70 thousand cars, aviation medical center, hotels, fire station and garage center, sanctuaries, convention centers, power plants and treatment facilities... When completed, with it's passenger capacity it will be the largest airport in today's world."
